Cargo Handling Supervisor

Responsibilities

• To supervise and ensure a smooth cargo / mail/document handover and delivery.
• To ensure cargo/mail handling activities are performed in accordance with safety procedures.
• To follow up and report irregularities to Senior Supervisor / Duty Controller and carrier representatives.
• To cascade all procedural changes and requests to all staff and ensure their full awareness and understanding.
• To maintain staff discipline, efficiency, safety, appearance and morale in CHG.
• To carry out valuable cargo and cargo document handling when necessary.
• To attend training sessions as and when required.
• To complete other assignment allocated by superior.
• Handle Special Cargo, including Pharma shipment.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or above.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Able to lead subordinates.
• Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of PC (word processing or specific skills in Microsoft).
• Holder of valid HK driving license 1 & 2.
