Recruitment Delivery Consultant
Brief
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Recruitment Delivery Consultant to support our specialist recruitment team, with a primary focus on sourcing, engaging and qualifying candidates across technical and engineering markets.
This is a voice-based recruitment role, requiring someone who is confident speaking directly with candidates, able to build rapport quickly and capable of assessing candidate suitability against specialist vacancies.
You will work closely with senior recruitment consultants, providing a consistent flow of high-quality, qualified candidates for live and future opportunities.
The role combines proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, structured qualification and talent-pipeline development.

Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing
Source relevant candidates for priority vacancies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
Conduct targeted Boolean searches and proactive candidate identification.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines across agreed markets, locations, sectors and skill sets.
Identify passive candidates who may be suitable for current or future opportunities.
Complete market mapping and talent research projects where required.
Candidate Engagement
Create and manage targeted candidate outreach campaigns.
Proactively engage candidates through phone, Microsoft Teams, and email.
Make outbound candidate calls and establish rapport with potential candidates.
Introduce relevant opportunities and generate candidate interest.
Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the engagement process.
Candidate Qualification
Conduct structured candidate pre-screen and qualification calls.
Assess candidate experience, technical background, and suitability against specific vacancies.
Understand candidate motivations, career objectives and reasons for considering a move.
Confirm availability, location, notice period, and compensation expectations.
Identify potential concerns or gaps against the recruitment brief.
Produce clear and accurate candidate summaries for senior consultants.
Consultant Support
Hand over qualified candidates to senior recruitment consultants with clear and relevant information.
Work closely with consultants to understand vacancy requirements and changing priorities.
Incorporate consultant feedback into future sourcing and qualification activity.
Support consultants with proactive talent-pipeline development for future recruitment requirements.
CRM & Administration
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the CRM.
Record candidate conversations, qualification notes and follow-up actions.
Ensure candidate data and contact information remain accurate and up to date.
Consistently track sourcing, engagement and qualification activity.
Requirements
Qualifications
Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, candidate delivery or talent acquisition.
Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable recruitment platforms.
Strong experience speaking directly with candidates and conducting qualification calls.
Demonstrable ability to assess candidate suitability against a defined recruitment brief.
Strong Boolean search and candidate identification skills.
Experience working within technical, engineering, robotics or specialist recruitment markets is advantageous.
Experience supporting US or European recruitment markets is beneficial.
Strong written and spoken English.
Experience working towards recruitment targets and delivering against live vacancies.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies, candidate conversations and priorities simultaneously.
