Role & responsibilities :
- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Architect, develop, deploy, and monitor production-grade ML models and LLM-powered applications.
- Design scalable Agentic AI solutions leveraging modern AI frameworks and best practices.
- Drive MLOps/LLMOps adoption, model governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define AI strategy and solution roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor data scientists and engineers, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Champion Responsible AI practices, security, compliance, and AI governance standards.
Tech Stack :
- Classical Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, MLOps / LLMOps, Python, SQL, Databricks, Azure/AWS.
Preferred candidate profile :
- 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI.
- Strong experience in AI/ML Solution Architecture, System Design, Model Development, Deployment, and Enterprise AI Implementations.
Leadership & Consulting Experience :
- Proven experience in solution design and technical leadership.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide high-performing data science teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
Good to Have :
- Azure AI Services, AI Foundry, and Databricks Certifications.
- Experience with AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor) and multi-agent frameworks.
