Rejoignez notre équipe en tant que Customer Success Manager. Vous serez responsable de la gestion d'un portefeuille de grands comptes, du déploiement de nos solutions, de l'animation de la relation client, de la contribution au développement commercial et de la stratégie produit. Vous devez avoir au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la relation client B2B, de préférence dans un environnement SaaS, digital ou immobilier.

Missions

Assurer la gestion et le suivi d’un portefeuille de grands comptes, garantir une relation de confiance et un accompagnement des clients.
Réaliser le déploiement des solutions chez les clients, améliorer le processus d’onboarding.
Co-organiser l'événement "Club Utilisateur", co-animer une série de webinars à destination des clients.

Profil recherché

* 3 ans d’expérience minimum dans la relation client B2B, idéalement dans un environnement SaaS / digital / immobilier.

* Expérience solide dans la gestion de grands comptes.

* À l’aise avec les environnements tech, les données, les outils de support et de pilotage.

* Bonne compréhension des enjeux clients et capacité à naviguer auprès d’interlocuteurs variés (directions générales, acteurs terrain).
