About Job

Key Responsibilities

1. Support cloud infrastructure deployment with internal teams and cloud vendors.

2. Reinstall, reboot, and maintain Linux/cloud servers and bare-metal systems.

3. Troubleshoot server, network, hardware, and cloud infrastructure issues.

4. Monitor infrastructure health, alerts, and asset utilization.

5. Handle incident management and participate in on-call support rotations.

6. Maintain operational records, tickets, repair logs, and tracking systems.

7. Develop automation scripts and operational tools using Shell/Bash or Python.

8. Improve operational processes and standardization.

9. Troubleshoot networking issues involving TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, IPv6, and routing.

10. Support cloud fleet operations, performance management, documentation, and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2. Experience in cloud, server operations, or data center environments.

3. Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.

4. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as:

5. Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Google Cloud

Oracle

Microsoft

6. Experience with OS provisioning technologies (PXE, iPXE).

7. Ability to write Shell/Bash and Python scripts.

8. Familiarity with automation tools:

Ansible

Terraform

GitLab CI/CD

9. Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, IPv6).

10. Experience with monitoring, operational tooling, and incident management.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Large-scale cloud fleet operations.

GPU infrastructure support.

Firmware lifecycle management.

RDMA networking experience.
