Job Purposes

Maintain and repair power systems such as electric system, water supply system, and air-conditioner system of the branch to ensure effective and efficient operations

Key Roles and Responsibilities

ปฏิบัติงานตามแผนงานซ่อมบำรุงประจำวัน / ประจำสัปดาห์ / ประจำเดือน
ตรวจเช็ค ดูแล บำรุงรักษา และซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์และระบบต่าง ๆ ภายในโครงการและพื้นที่ส่วนกลางให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน
ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นของระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบประปา ระบบปรับอากาศ และระบบอาคาร
ควบคุมและติดตามงานซ่อมบำรุงอาคารและพื้นที่ส่วนกลางให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
ควบคุมและประสานงานผู้รับเหมาที่เข้าดำเนินการซ่อมแซม ติดตั้ง หรือตกแต่งภายในโครงการ ให้ปฏิบัติงานตามข้อกำหนดของบริษัท
ควบคุม กำกับ และติดตามการปฏิบัติงานของ Outsource ด้านงานซ่อมบำรุง รปภ. แม่บ้าน และคนสวน ให้เป็นไปตามขอบเขตงาน คุณภาพ และมาตรฐานที่บริษัทกำหนด
ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อย ความสะอาด และความพร้อมใช้งานของพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง รวมถึงอุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในโครงการ
ประสานงานและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานระบบ อาคาร และพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้เช่าและผู้มาใช้บริการ
บันทึกและรายงานผลการตรวจสอบและซ่อมบำรุง รวมถึงติดตามงานที่ต้องแก้ไขให้แล้วเสร็จ
ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications

จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาช่างไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานซ่อมบำรุงระบบและอุปกรณ์ภายในอาคาร ศูนย์การค้า คอมมูนิตี้มอลล์ หรือโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีความรู้และทักษะในการตรวจสอบ ดูแล และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นด้านระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบประปา ระบบปรับอากาศ และระบบอาคาร
สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และปฏิบัติงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ รวมถึงวันเสาร์ วันอาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา มีทักษะในการประสานงาน และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
มีทักษะในการควบคุมและประสานงานผู้รับเหมาและ Outsource
มีใบรับรองการอบรมช่างไฟฟ้าภายในอาคาร จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมพื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office และ Email ได้
