Обязанности:
  • Учет и регистрация входящей/исходящей корреспонденции.
  • Составление черновиков (проектов) судебных приказов, решений, определений о прекращении производства или оставлении заявления без движения/рассмотрения.
  • Оформление и выдача дубликатов судебных приказов, решений, определений, а также исполнительных листов.
  • Контроль за своевременной доставкой заказных писем, работа с возвратами корреспонденции («истек срок хранения», «адресат выбыл»), принятие мер к установлению нового адреса.
  • Контроль исполнения сроков решений мирового судьи.
Требования:
  • Высшее образование (высшее юридическое будем плюсом).
  • Многозадачность (Умение работать в условиях постоянного потока людей и процессуальных сроков).
  • Внимание к деталям.
  • Грамотная письменная и устная речь.
