Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead our product organisation and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio. This role requires a strong blend of customer obsession, business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and leadership. You will work closely with founders, engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to build products that create meaningful customer impact and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the company's product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Align product initiatives with overall business objectives and growth goals.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Leaders.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and optimisation.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Establish a strong product culture centred around customer needs, experimentation, and execution excellence.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities and prioritise initiatives.
• Define and track key product metrics, business KPIs, and success measures.
• Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Drive innovation through emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and evolving market trends where relevant.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery excellence while balancing speed, quality, and business impact.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of product management experience.
• Proven experience building and scaling successful digital products in a high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritisation frameworks, and execution.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers across multiple product lines.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2C, B2B SaaS, FinTech, Consumer Internet, Marketplace, or Platform businesses.
• Experience scaling products from 01 and 110 stages.
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven products and data platforms.
