Position Overview We are seeking a motivated College Senior (preferably majoring in Finance, Law, or a related field) to join us as an Office Admin Intern. This internship provides hands-on experience in office administration while also offering exposure to event logistics and operational support. It’s a great opportunity to build practical skills that complement academic studies in business, law, or finance.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Scan, organize, and manage incoming emails and correspondence
Prepare and mail documents, contracts, and packages
Maintain office supplies, files, and general organization
Assist with scheduling and coordination of office activities
Event Logistics Support
Help prepare and set up for company events
Assist with van loading/unloading of materials and equipment
Organize and distribute event swag and promotional items
Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event execution
Qualifications
College Senior pursuing a degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Clear and professional communication abilities
Willingness to take on both office-based tasks and hands-on event support
Positive attitude, reliability, and adaptability
