The Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal to support our New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania caseload.
A minimum of 8 yearsof litigation experience in personal injury isrequired.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery
- PERSONAL INJURY 8+ years experience
- ForwardingComplaints to process servers and monitoring service of process
- Drafting Discovery Responses
- Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence
- Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses
- Calendaring litigation timelines
- Conducting status update calls with clients
- Client update calls
- Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests
- Assistin trial preparation
- Verified litigation experience.
- Experience with Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas practice andPACFilee-filingpreferred;Philadelphia Complex Litigation Center experience a strong plus.
