Quality Management Automation Intern

Join the Quality Management team and help drive the adoption of AI and automation in automotive software quality management.

This internship offers the opportunity to work on real-world automation projects, including AI-powered review agents, process performance assessments, quality dashboards, data analytics, Jira workflow automation, and process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to tools and solutions that are used across multiple projects and directly improve team efficiency and quality outcomes.

Daily Functions / Responsibilities: [what does the role look like day to day, what will this person be responsible for]

• Support the development and maintenance of Quality Management automation solutions.
• Assist in creating, validating, and improving AI-powered agents and skills.
• Perform project qualilty data analysis.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, onboarding materials, and best-practice repositories.
• Participate in testing, validation, and continuous improvement of automation solutions and AI tools. Requirements: [list 4-5 requirements: software/technology experience, education requirements (if any), years of experience, etc.]
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Basic programming experience in Python.
• Familiarity with data analysis, automation concepts, APIs, and scripting.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Git, GitLab, or software development tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Interest in AI, software quality, process improvement, and automation.
