Executive Board Secretary - Yangon, Myanmar

• Partner closely with the Board of Directors and senior management to drive strategic priorities and special initiatives.
• Lead the Executive Office and ensure effective coordination across business units and functions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including chambers of commerce, embassies, industry associations, and strategic partners.
• Facilitate collaboration among senior leadership teams to ensure organizational alignment and execution.
• Oversee executive communications, corporate engagements, and Board-related matters.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Executive Office team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5~8 years of leadership experience in multinational corporations, joint ventures, business associations, or similar organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent English and Burmese communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital workplace tools and project coordination.
• Strong understanding of Myanmar's business and regulatory environment.
