Whether you come from automotive sales, real estate, insurance, retail, or B2B sales, your ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals is what we value most. No prior recruitment experience is required,we provide full training. What matters is your hunting mindset and drive to succeed.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates for mid-to-senior level positions across MNCs.
  • Conduct market research and mapping to understand client needs and talent pools.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Sales Experience: Open to candidates from any sales field-automotive, real estate, financial services, retail, tech sales, etc. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (business level) and either Korean or Japanese (native or near-native).
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, target-driven, and comfortable with a results-oriented culture.
