Context: In the context of CEVA’s strategic international digital transformation programs, we are looking for an IT Service Delivery Leader - Commerce to join our Global IT organization. Reporting to the IS Business Services Director, this role is responsible for the delivery, performance, and evolution of the Commerce technology landscape, ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-effective solutions across CRM, e-commerce, Marketing, and corporate web platforms while partnering closely with business and commercial stakeholders worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Define and drive the technical vision, architecture roadmap, and long-term evolution of the commerce domain.
Lead the delivery, support, performance, and continuous improvement of platforms including Salesforce, Shopify, Amazon, Bloomreach, Bynder, and company websites. Coordinate digital commerce program streams in partnership with functional leaders to ensure successful execution and business value delivery. Oversee product lifecycle management, including backlog prioritization, maintenance, upgrades, support, and decommissioning activities.
Ensure service availability, SLA compliance, incident resolution, problem management, and operational excellence across all Commerce applications. Manage resource planning, vendor relationships, and team capacity to support both project delivery and RUN operations. Drive compliance with GDPR, internal controls, IT standards, quality assurance processes, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
Lead security and risk management initiatives by implementing security recommendations, patches, and remediation actions in collaboration with IT security teams.
