Principal Solution Advisor - AI and Agentic

We are looking for a highly motivated, commercially astute Principal Solution Advisor who is driven to shape and lead Cevo's highest-value AI and agentic systems opportunities. We want someone who loves connecting the dots across cloud, data and AI to solve complex business problems for enterprise and government clients. You will have the background in AI and agentic solution advisory, strategic presales and solution shaping, and executive-level stakeholder engagement, as well as strong understanding of scalable service offering development and how to translate emerging technology trends into repeatable, revenue-generating IP.

What you'll do:

• Identify, shape and lead Cevo's highest-value AI and agentic systems opportunities, bringing together cloud, modernisation, data and intelligent automation capabilities into integrated customer propositions
• Lead AI and agentic systems assessments, discovery workshops, architecture reviews and executive discussions to define transformation roadmaps, target-state architectures and practical adoption pathways
• Shape major AI-led pursuits alongside Growth, Presales and Practice leaders, contributing to solution strategy, estimates, proposals, statements of work and pre-sales collateral
• Own outcomes for strategic AI and agentic client engagements
• Provide expert-level problem solving, architecture guidance and hands-on technical direction for AI-assisted engineering
• Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, acting as a senior advisor on how AI and agentic systems can solve complex business problems and support key account growth
• Identify opportunities to expand client value through adjacent AI-enabled capabilities, including AI-assisted engineering, agentic AI, intelligent modernisation, platform engineering, cloud evolution and data intelligence
• Lead the AI and agentic systems community, facilitating knowledge sharing, reusable IP, brown bags, capability growth and practical adoption patterns across Cevo's practices
• Develop and evolve AI and agentic technology adoption strategies that align with Cevo's business goals, customer demand, market direction and emerging technology trends
• Strengthen Cevo's AI and agentic systems capability through reusable IP, accelerators, reference architectures, delivery frameworks, coaching, mentoring, thought leadership and lessons learned
• Translate AI and agentic market opportunity into scalable service offerings, repeatable intellectual property and sustainable revenue growth

What you'll bring:

• Deep, recognised expertise across AI, agentic solutions, cloud, modernisation and data, with the ability to connect these domains into a cohesive customer proposition
• Strong strategic advisory capability, including the ability to identify high-value customer problems, shape transformational opportunities and guide executive-level conversations
• Commercial acumen across opportunity origination, presales, solution shaping, scoping, risk management and delivery governance
• Ability to bring together Growth, Presales, Practice Leads and Delivery to create integrated, multi-practice solutions that extend beyond a single technology domain

Advisory & Consulting

• Credibility to represent the full capability of Cevo with senior customer stakeholders, translating complex business challenges into practical cloud, data and AI outcomes
• Experience developing scalable service offerings, repeatable intellectual property and market-facing propositions that support sustainable revenue growth
• Ability to lead architecture reviews, discovery workshops and technical roadmap discussions with both technical and executive audiences
• Able to produce reports and presentations for C-level audience

Leadership

• A leadership mindset focused on coaching, mentoring and mobilising high-performing consulting teams around strategic customer outcomes
• Outstanding communication, storytelling and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence from engineering teams through to executive decision-makers
• Proven ability to lead a practitioner community, driving knowledge sharing and capability uplift across multiple practices

Tools & Practices

• Working knowledge of AI-assisted engineering and agentic AI tooling, and how these integrate with modernisation, cloud and data practices
• Exposure to AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock) and emerging agentic frameworks
• Experience developing business cases and understanding of ROI and decision metrics for AI-led transformation programs

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certifications relevant to AI/ML or Solutions Architecture (e.g. AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional)
