Intern - Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily operational activities and tasks.
• Support the Operations team in monitoring workflows and following up on pending activities.
• Maintain and update operational records, documents, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and operational updates.
• Follow up with relevant teams on operational requirements and deadlines.
• Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and departmental activities.
• Support data entry, filing, and documentation requirements.
• Identify and report operational issues or delays to the assigned supervisor.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A proactive and positive attitude.

Salary: LKR 15,000 - 25,000 / month
