We’re looking for an Assistant Company Secretary to join CFC’s Governance team at an exciting point in our growth for a 12 month Fixed Term to cover a period of absence. This is a hands-on role with real visibility across the business, supporting board and committee activity, UK and overseas entities, statutory records, governance processes and wider projects that help CFC operate well as we continue to scale.

You’ll work closely with the Company Secretary and senior stakeholders across the Group, so this would suit someone who enjoys being trusted with detail, staying close to the business and making sure governance is practical, organised and well run.
