Underwriter - Financial Lines
Are you a motivated and relationship-driven insurance professional looking to take the next step in your Underwriting Career? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Underwriter to join our Melbourne Financial Lines team and support our growing Financial Lines portfolio.
About the role:
Reporting to the Nattional Manager - Financial Lines, you will play a key role in managing and growing a Financial Lines portfolio by handling renewals, assessing and converting new business opportunities, and delivering responsive, high-quality service to brokers. You’ll monitor portfolio performance, ensure compliance with underwriting and legislative requirements, stay across industry developments, and actively participate in market engagement and networking activities.
This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years experience as an Underwriter, or a well experienced Assistant Underwriter looking to step up and take on full underwriting responsibility within a supportive and high-performing environment.
