Vous accompagnerez et conseillerez les clients dans la définition de leurs besoins, animerez des ateliers d'échange, modéliserez les processus métiers, organiserez des réunions avec les équipes de développement, réaliserez les recettes fonctionnelles, et assurerez la conduite du changement. Missions
- Accompagner et conseiller les clients dans la définition de leurs besoins et leurs choix de solutions.
- Animer des ateliers d'échange ou entretiens avec les utilisateurs et/ou les métiers afin de formaliser les besoins.
- Modéliser les processus métiers et rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles.
