Role Overview :
As a Dot Net Lead based in Hyderabad, you will serve as a technical anchor for high-impact software development projects. You will be responsible for architecting robust solutions, guiding engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle, and ensuring that technical deliverables align with client requirements. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and global delivery teams to solve complex business problems, ensuring that the software built is scalable, secure, and maintainable. Your work will directly influence the success of large-scale digital initiatives, providing you with the opportunity to shape technical strategy and mentor high-performing developers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of enterprise-grade applications using the .NET framework to meet specific client business objectives.
- Architect scalable and high-performance system components that integrate seamlessly with existing client infrastructure.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, security, and performance across the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to translate complex functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system reliability for end-users.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in agile development, continuous integration, and automated testing to improve team productivity.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building complex enterprise applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.
- Strong proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures within cloud-native environments.
- Proven ability to manage relational databases such as SQL Server, including complex query optimization and database design.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative team discussions.
