  • 오피스 유관 팀 주요 공지 사항에 대하여 부띡 팀 및 해당 담당 직원과 내용 공유
  • 기존 직원의 시즌 별 유니폼 지급 지원, 신규 입사 및 이동 배치 직원의 유니폼 지급 지원
  • 부띡 비품 및 필수 용품의 정기적 관리 및 수급

① SPM (*SPM 신청 및 오피스 Retail 팀 담당자와의 커뮤니케이션)

② 문구류 (*Office Depot & Office Supplies 신청 및 관리)

③ 고객용 음료 (*재고 관리 및 주문)

  • Customer Care Center 커뮤니케이션

① 부틱으로 직접 연결되는 내부 연락에 대한 효율적인 응대 및 유관 부서와의 협업 (BTQ ↔ BTQ, BTQ ↔ Office, BTQ ↔ Call Center, BTQ ↔ Department Store)

② Stock Assistant 와 함께 Stock 조회 및 관리 (*SA 부재 시)
