We’re looking for a Finance Talent Partner to join our embedded recruitment team and become a true talent partner to a highly purpose-driven organisation operating at a national scale.

What you’ll be doing
Own end-to-end recruitment across Finance and related corporate functions
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and build effective hiring strategies
Source and engage exceptional finance talent across multiple levels
Manage the candidate journey from first conversation through to offer
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and become a trusted talent advisor
Use market insight and data to shape recruitment decisions
Support employer branding and attraction initiatives
Continuously improve the candidate experience and recruitment process
What we’re looking for
5+ years’ recruitment / talent acquisition experience
Strong experience recruiting across Finance - ideally within a complex or corporate environment
Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
Confident managing end-to-end recruitment
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Commercial, consultative and relationship-led approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
Previous in-house, RPO or embedded recruitment experience would be highly advantageous
