Role Overview :
As a Technical Project Manager based in Pune, you will serve as the bridge between our cutting-edge AI engineering teams and our enterprise clients. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex AI deployments, ensuring that our chatbot and voice-based solutions are implemented to meet specific business requirements. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, navigating technical constraints, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure that every project is delivered on time, within scope, and with high technical integrity. You will be instrumental in translating client needs into actionable technical roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end implementation of Chat360 solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong project ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Project Execution :
- Project Ownership : Plan, manage, and execute client implementation projects from kick-off to delivery.
- Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity, expectations, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Timeline Management : Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring on-time execution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, product, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Risk & Issue Management : Identify project risks, dependencies, and challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain proper project documentation, progress reports, and implementation records.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure delivery meets functional requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Process Optimization : Continuously improve project workflows, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management (preferably SaaS, IT, or B2B technology).
- Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycle.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- CXO management.
