Business System Analyst

We're looking for a hands-on Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize revenue systems, with a focus on Zuora Revenue (RevPro). This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Revenue Accounting, and Systems, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Revenue Systems Support: configuration, allocation rules, templates, and event processing.
• Month-End Close Support: Actively support revenue close activities by monitoring RevPro processing, resolving errors, researching revenue discrepancies, and assisting Revenue Accounting with reconciliations and analysis.
• Data and Integration Management: Support data flows between billing systems, CRM, and ERP, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of revenue data.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues - perform root cause analysis on revenue discrepancies and system defects.
• Drive automation - streamline workflows and reduce manual adjustments.
• Reporting and Analysis: Support standard and ad hoc revenue reporting, including deferred revenue, backlog, and revenue waterfalls.
• Ensure compliance - support SOX controls, UARs, and audit requirements.
• Partner on enhancements - participate in UAT, releases, and new product setups.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in Revenue Systems / RevOps / Revenue Accounting support.
• Strong hands-on experience with RevPro (Zuora Revenue) (must-have).
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 / Ind AS 115
• Experience with billing platforms (Zuora Billing, Stripe, etc. ) and ERP integrations.
• Strong data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to bridge Accounting Systems and Business teams.
