We are currently offering an opportunity as Accounts Receivable Junior Accountant (m/f/d): you will be a part of a team responsible for providing high quality accounting service in AR for internal clients from around the globe. Apart from performing daily operational tasks, you will also have an opportunity to take part in the process transition, including creating procedures, recognizing areas for enhancement and introducing improvements, as well as stabilizing the migrated process.

Responsibilities

• Review and release blocked orders
• Perform collection activities on assigned portfolio
• Adjust Credit Limits
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Report
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in MS Office and fluent written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives
• Decision-making skills with the ability to assess priorities, urgency, and risks
• Self-reliance with appropriate escalation judgment
• Strong organizational skills, open-mindedness, and adaptability to change
• High standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism
• Ability to complete required position training and compliance requirements
