Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience building production-grade, resilient, and scalable systems.
- 5+ years of experience building RESTful web services using NodeJS, with strong architectural instincts.
- 5+ years of experience writing batch/cron jobs using Python and shell scripting.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, JSON, and REST-based application design.
- Hands-on experience with RDBMS and NoSQL technologies, including MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and similar databases.
- Solid command of Git and branching strategies in collaborative team environments.
- Experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on GCP or AWS, with working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, conduct thorough code reviews, and drive engineering quality across the team.
- Comfortable operating within Agile/Scrum frameworks, actively contributing to sprint ceremonies, grooming sessions, and cross-functional planning.
