1、负责内饰零部件的设计开发工作。
2、负责零部件的系统选型、断面设计、结构设计、方案设计、接口设计、造型可行性分析和工艺分析等工作。
3、管控零部件开发计划，并推进成本、质量、性能目标的实施和达成。
4、制定零部件的技术标准、试验规范、数据、图纸等技术文件。
5、负责SOR编制和发布，参与供应商开发和管理。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、硕士及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计等相关专业。
2、熟悉内饰零部件设计开发流程，了解门板结构与装配工艺。
3、熟练使用CATIA等三维设计软件。
4、具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力。
