About Us

Chimera Entertainment is an independent game studio in the heart of Munich. Since 2006, gameplay, creativity, and teamwork have been at the core of everything we do. We've published over 25 titles, including the award-winning Angry Birds Epic and Angry Birds Evolution. We build our own IPs, like our latest release Songs of Silence, and we take on work-for-hire projects from first concept to launch, on PC, mobile, and cross-platform. Today we're one of Germany's leading game studios: a small, international team of 25 people who love what we do.

Your role:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Guide up to three projects from concept to release.
• Be the go-to person for everyone. When someone needs an answer, a decision, or a nudge, they come to you.
• Plan schedules, spot risks early, and solve them together with the team.
• Keep daily development moving: meetings, priorities, blockers.
• Work side by side with our Creative Director, Art Director, and department leads.
• Bring together internal teams, embedded teams, partners, and outsourcers.
• Be the main contact for publishers and partners on your projects.
• Present progress, risks, and budget to our C-level.

Your profile:

• You've built AI agents or automations that make your PM life easier.
• You've worked on PC and console titles.
• You've worked with an international publisher or self-published a game.
• You have a background in product management.
• You don't shy away from the camera or a social post when there's something cool to show.
