Вам предстоит:

  • Составлять, формировать и отправлять акты сверки через ЭДО и на бумажном носителе контрагентам в рублях (покупателям и поставщикам) в установленные сроки;
  • Проводить сверку данных внутренних учетных систем (1С-САД-Баланс);
  • Анализировать выявленные расхождения: поиск ошибок, запрос исправленных документов, догрузка документов;
  • Контролировать устранения выявленных разногласий;
  • Обрабатывать заявки на сверку во внутренней системе;
  • Осуществлять подписание актов сверки и сдачу в архив.

Формат работы - офисный.

Вы нам подходите, если:

  • Имеете высшее или среднее профессиональное экономическое образование;
  • Работали в аналогичной должности не менее 3 лет;
  • Имеете опыт работы одновременно с несколькими юр.лицами (от 5 и более) и большим объемом сверок (от 200 в месяц);
  • Уверенно владеете 1С:Предприятие, Microsoft Office, ЭДО, MS Excel (ВПР, формулы);
  • Знаете счета учета: 60,62,76 и бухгалтерское, налогового законодательства РФ;
  • Обладаете внимательностью, аккуратностью, умением работать с большим объёмом запросов на сверку и выдерживать установленные сроки предоставления данных.
