Integration Manager (QA/Tech support)

We’re looking for a Junior Integration Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work on integrating third-party systems and supporting partners to ensure everything runs smoothly.

You’ll collaborate closely with the team and act as a bridge between technical systems and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arranging and connecting integrations of various systems with our platform
• Communicating with clients about all the functionalities and their correct setup
• Coordinating integrations with your colleagues from multiple departments and our external partners as well
• Dealing with technical issues and finding fast and effective solutions
• Being a part of developing and opening new markets by managing new connections there

Our Ideal Candidate:

• English, Polish - at least B2 level
• Ukrainian, Russian - an advantage
• Strong technical thinking and the ability to understand complex systems
• Experience working in an international environment and collaborating with clients or partners across multiple markets
• Proactive communication and the ability to identify potential issues before they arise
• Organized, diligent, and independent approach to work
• Previous experience with integrations is not required. More important is a willingness to learn, take responsibility, and see projects through to completion
