We are looking for a S ales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team and support the early stage of the sales pipeline.

This is a pre-sales, outbound-focused role, where your main responsibility is not closing deals, but creating qualified opportunities for the Sales team.

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling (up to 30-40 calls per day)
• Identify and engage potential B2B clients in initial conversations
• Deliver short, structured product introductions (value-focused, not full sales pitch)
• Build rapport and generate interest in the solution
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
• Book discovery/demo meetings for Sales Representatives
• Ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities to the Sales team
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and outcomes

• This is not a closing sales role
• This is not full-cycle sales
• This is a pre-sales / outbound prospecting function
• Your success is measured by qualified meetings booked, not revenue closed

• Strong verbal communication and confidence in cold outreach
• Ability to deliver a short, structured pitch clearly and naturally
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
• Experience in SDR / BDR / call center / pre-sales roles is a strong advantage
• KPI-driven mindset and resilience in fast-paced environments
• CRM experience (logging calls, outcomes, and pipeline activity)
• Romanian language (not less than C1) + English (B2 for internal communication)
