A CI&T busca uma pessoa para atuar como Senior Java Developer em projeto do setor bancário, contribuindo com alta qualidade técnica e suporte à liderança do time.

Responsabilidades:

- Atuar junto à CI&T em projeto de cliente do mercado financeiro.

- Apoiar a liderança técnica do time, contribuindo com boas práticas e orientação às demais pessoas desenvolvedoras.

- Realizar deploys de forma ágil e com alta qualidade, garantindo entregas confiáveis em produção.

Requisitos para este desafio:

- Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento backend com Java 11 e Spring Boot.

- Experiência com testes automatizados.

- Conhecimento em banco de dados PostgreSQL.

- Experiência com Cloud AWS.

- Conhecimento em práticas ágeis de times de desenvolvimento.

- Perfil resiliente para atuar em contextos desafiadores.

- Capacidade de atuar como parceiro do cliente, compreendendo seus objetivos e propondo soluções.

- Boa comunicação com as demais pessoas do time, contribuindo positivamente para uma relação construtiva nos feedbacks.
