Through our Capital Markets Summer Analystprogramme, youwill get direct work experience and exposure to the Global Markets businessat CIBC.CIBC offers a broad suite of capital markets trading products and servicesto corporate, government and institutional clients around the world.
As a Global Markets Summer Analystyou will have the opportunity to:
Gain exposure to differentasset classesby working alongside experienced sales and trading professionals
Assistin idea generation, financial markets analysis, and risk monitoring
Attend and contribute to team meetings

Key Requirements:
Student in a finance/quantitative discipline
Must be in penultimate or final year of degree
Strong academic skills, aminimum of A-Level grades A*AA (or equivalent)and should be averaging at least a 2:1through university course.
Proficient in at least one programming language: Python, Java, C#or C++
Strong analytical, problem-solvingand numerical skills
A team player who can communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
Must be available between June 2027 - September 2027 when the programme is running
Fluent in English
Must have the right to work in the UK
