Команда карты - финтех проект связанный с картами, тарифами и услугами по дебетовым и банковским картам. Команда развивает платежные сервисы, переводы, операции по банковским картам, интеграции с СБП и другими внутренними и внешними системами, а также реализует новые цифровые сервисы для клиентов. Проект является одним из ключевых направлений банка и напрямую влияет на качество клиентского опыта и развитие карточного бизнеса.

Что нужно делать:

  • Вести коммуникацию с внутренними заказчиками и кросс функциональной командой
  • Координировать работу команды и распределение задач
  • Участвовать в переработке бизнес-требований в бизнес-логику с последующим оформлением в техническое задание и/или тасктрекер
  • Формировать, оценивать и защищать проектные решения на комитетах
  • Управлять проектами и предоставлять регулярную отчетность в проектный офис
  • Руководить собственной кросс-функциональной командой с участием аналитиков, разработчиков, тестировщиков
  • Планировать и организовывать ведение работ с внутренней командой и внешним подрядчиком
  • Контролировать сроки и качество работы

Что мы хотим видеть:

  • Высшее образование, релевантный опыт от 5 лет
  • Навык работы в офисных системах, а также MS Visio
  • Управление задачами в Jira, Kiten, EvaProject. Базы знаний Confluence/Wiki
  • Опыт ведения проекта по PmBok, а также знание методологии Scrum
  • Понимание работы современных протоколов и стандартов интеграционных систем
  • Опыт ведения финтех проектов с микросервисной архитектурой и веб-приложениями
  • Успешный опыт руководства командами разработки и управлениями ожиданий заказчиков
  • Навыки составления проектной документации
