Обязанности:

Контролировать работу систем и сервисов 24/7 с соблюдением SLA.
Прием обращений и оказание технической поддержки по инцидентам сотрудников компании.
Оперативное реагирование, координация и участие в локализации и устранении аварийных ситуаций в работе информационных систем и оборудования.
Выполнение плановых работ в регламентные окна.
Оценивать влияние на работу сервисов во время инцидентов, эскалировать. информацию согласно регламентам.
Взаимодействовать со смежными подразделениями.
Актуализировать FAQ и документацию.

Требования:

Высшее или среднее профессиональное образование
Знание ПО: Zabbix, Grafana
Опыт работы в продуктах класса Service Desk
Опыт работы с системами мониторинга и алертинга
Понимание работы сетевого оборудования (SW, GW, FW)
