· Responsible to review Procedures (IO, Juknis, SOP, etc) with relatives units.
· Create Product Program to support EBB loan growth by balance, facility line, and number of customers. This includes managing attrition, especially regrettable attrition.
· Optimize EBB revenue through enhancing portfolio pricing management as well as value proposition.
