Job Description
Cintas is seeking an Office Supervisor to assist in ensuring all functions of a fast-paced office team are completed. Responsibilities include training; directing daily activities for office team; assisting in delegation of office activities; ensuring proper communication with customers and service team; assisting in ensuring complete location audit compliance with all corporate policies and procedures; managing customer requests; billing; and maintaining the location's accounts receivable goal percentages.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years' customer service experience
- 1+ years' supervisory experience in an office environment
- Accurate typing and 10 keypad experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
- High School Diploma/GED
Preferred
- Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and data entry

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $56,810 - $71,760/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
