Main responsibilities:
- Deliver collections management services to SBS
- Review AR ageing reports
- Perform collection & dunning
- Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process
- Dispute & Claim Management - qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility
- Perform daily task of blocked order release
About you
Experience:
- Ongoing university studies (active student status) preferably in the field of finance, accounting
- Min. 20 -hour availability/week
- Organized, attention to detail, good communication skills
Soft and technical skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Computer literate and familiar with accounting applications (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage)
- Team player, able to work collaboratively with other Teams
- Good communication skills, Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
- Organized and structured to execute tasks as per deadlines
- Attentive to details and works with precision
Languages:
- German - advanced
- English - advanced
- Hungarian
