•Key Responsibilities

• Vulnerability Assessment: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses in OT systems.
• Remediation Management: Track and manage remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution of identified vulnerabilities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to communicate findings and coordinate remediation activities.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of vulnerability assessments, remediation actions, and compliance status.
• Training and Awareness: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on vulnerability management best practices and tools.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and vulnerabilities and contribute to the continuous improvement of vulnerability management processes.
• Travel: Be prepared to travel as required for on-site assessments and collaboration with global teams.

• Experience working in OT, ICS, SCADA, manufacturing, or industrial cybersecurity environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies and security practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across IT, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives within highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience in Vulnerability Management, preferably within OT, ICS, SCADA, or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability assessment, remediation tracking, and cybersecurity risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving cybersecurity challenges.

• Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Management, Qualys, Tanium, and/or Microsoft Defender.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GICSP, or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial cybersecurity environments.
