Junior Sales Executive

• Run cold outbound campaigns via phone, email, social media, and events, building and managing your pipeline from the ground up.
• Proactively identify and approach potential customers, opening doors where others haven't knocked yet.
• Develop sharp insight into specific markets: recognizing customer pain points, mapping needs, and spotting opportunities before they surface.
• Qualify leads with a critical eye.
• Run your own campaigns. You know when to ask for input, but you don't wait to be guided through every step.
• Collaborate with colleagues to sharpen your approach and raise the bar for the whole team.
