• Executing cold outbound campaigns via phone, email, social media and events - building and owning your pipeline from the ground up.
• Proactively identifying and approaching potential customers, opening doors others haven't knocked on yet.
• Developing a sharp understanding of specific markets: reading customer pain points, mapping needs, and spotting opportunities before they surface.
• Qualifying leads with a critical eye and defining deal strategy independently.
• Running your own deals end-to-end - you know when to ask for input, but you don't wait to be coached through every step.
• Collaborating with colleagues to sharpen your approach and raise the bar across the team.
