We zoeken een teamleader om ons team in het tankstation langs de autosnelweg aan te sturen!

• Ben jij iemand die niet bang is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken?

Wat ga je doen?

Als Teamleader ondersteun je de manager in het dagelijkse beheer van het autostrade tankstation. Samen met je collega-teamleaders draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor de shop, de broodjeszaak én het restaurant.

• Samen met de Manager en de andere Teamleader(s) stuur je een Team aan. Je motiveert hen door te luisteren en te helpen waar nodig: je bent een echte people manager
• Je zorgt voor de netheid en goede staat van het station (shop/piste), de beschikbaarheid van producten in de rekken en een verzorgde presentatie van de broodjesbar
• Je waakt over het goede verloop van alle activiteiten en de tevredenheid van de klanten
• Je ziet toe op het naleven van procedures en geldende voedselveiligheidsnormen
• Je draait regelmatig mee in shift en verzekert de permanentie samen met de andere Teamleaders en de Manager
• Je neemt deel aan de administratieve opvolging (bestellingen, inventarissen, enz.)
• Je analyseert verkoopcijfers en stelt indien nodig actieplannen op

Kortom: jij bent een dynamische leider die niet alleen aanstuurt, maar ook zelf meewerkt .

Opleiding & ondersteuning

Je krijgt alle opleidingen die je nodig hebt om je rol met vertrouwen uit te voeren. Je Manager staat altijd klaar om je te ondersteunen.

Wie zoeken wij?

• Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in leidinggeven, bij voorkeur in een voedingsomgeving
• Je bent een echte doener en durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen
• Je geeft het goede voorbeeld en werkt graag samen met je team op de vloer
• Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin, organisatietalent en een flinke dosis energie
• Je spreekt Nederlands en durft klanten ook in het Engels of Frans te helpen
• Diploma is minder belangrijk dan je inzet en doorzettingsvermogen

Tes missions

En tant que Teamleader, tu assistes le Manager dans la gestion quotidienne de la station. Avec tes collègues Teamleaders, tu partages la responsabilité de la boutique, de la sandwicherie et même du restaurant.

• En collaboration avec ton Manager et les autres Teamleaders tu assures la gestion d’une équipe. Tu motives l’équipe en les écoutant et en les aidant là où c’est nécessaire : tu es un vrai people manager
• Tu assures la propreté et la bonne tenue de la station (shop/piste), la disponibilité des produits en rayon ainsi qu’une présentation soignée de la sandwicherie
• Tu veilles également au bon déroulement de l’ensemble des activités et à la satisfaction des clients
• Tu veilles au respect des procédures et des normes de sécurité alimentaire
• Tu fais des shifts régulièrement et assures la permanence avec les autres Teamleaders et le Manager
• Tu participes au suivi administratif (commandes, inventaires, etc.)
• Tu analyses les chiffres de vente et établi des plans d’action si nécessaire

Bref : tu es un leader dynamique qui dirige et agit en même temps .

Formation & accompagnement

Tu recevras toutes les formations nécessaires pour te sentir à l’aise dans ton rôle. Ton Manager sera toujours là pour te soutenir.

Ton profil

• Tu as déjà quelques années d’expérience en management, idéalement dans le secteur alimentaire
• Tu es dynamique et tu n’as pas peur de prendre des responsabilités
• Tu donnes l’exemple et tu aimes travailler aux côtés de ton équipe sur le terrain
• Tu es organisé(e), responsable et plein(e) d’énergie
• Tu parles français et te débrouilles en néerlandais ou en anglais pour accueillir et conseiller les clients.
• Ton diplôme compte moins que ton engagement et ta persévérance

What will you do?

As an Assistant, you are a true all-rounder and step in wherever needed:

• Unloading deliveries and restocking shelves
• Baking pastries and preparing freshly made sandwiches
• Operating the cash register and helping customers with a smile
• Keeping the shop and facilities clean and tidy
• Monitoring food safety standards
• Performing administrative tasks and supporting the Manager
• Taking responsibility in the Manager's absence

In short, you are a dynamic team member who not only contributes hands-on but is also willing to take on responsibility .

Who are we looking for?

• You have experience in a retail environment and are comfortable with administrative tasks
• You are a hands-on person who is willing to take responsibility
• You are flexible: sometimes you'll work early shifts, sometimes late shifts, on weekends and public holidays, either independently or as part of a team
• You can multitask and remain accurate, even when things get busy
• You speak Dutch and are also comfortable helping customers in English or French
• A diploma is less important than your commitment and determination
