Platform Engineer

We are looking for a Platform Engineer who will help build and scale high-performance backend systems powering next-generation AI-driven observability and reliability platforms. This role involves working on distributed systems, real-time data processing, and deep integration with observability tooling.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and scale high-performance backend systems using Golang or C++.
• Build and optimize distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Work closely with AI/ML and product teams to enable real-time data processing and insights.
• Integrate and enhance observability frameworks using tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance across large-scale environments.
• Participate in debugging, root cause analysis, and performance tuning of complex systems.
• Contribute to platform architecture and engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• 5-9 years of strong backend/platform engineering experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Golang or C++ (must-have).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and system design.
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Rust.
• Exposure to AI/ML systems, data pipelines, or real-time streaming architectures.
• Experience in building observability or SRE platforms.
