About the Role :
We are seeking a Developer Platform Integration Engineer to integrate and govern enterprise developer productivity platforms, AI coding tools, and source-control ecosystems. This role focuses on secure adoption, governance, monitoring, and platform integration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Integrate AI-assisted development tools into enterprise workflows.
- Support platforms such as Claude Code, GitHub Enterprise, and developer collaboration environments.
- Implement token-scope monitoring and governance controls.
- Design actor-IP correlation and security monitoring solutions.
- Develop PII masking and data protection mechanisms.
- Collaborate with security teams to establish AI development guardrails.
- Build monitoring and reporting for platform usage and adoption.
Required Skills :
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, software engineering, or developer productivity tooling.
- Experience with GitHub Enterprise administration and integrations.
- Strong API integration and automation skills.
- Knowledge of IAM, access governance, and security monitoring.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and AI developer tools.
- Knowledge of DLP, PII protection, and governance frameworks.
- Developer Experience (DevEx) engineering background.
