Your Impact
Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational effectiveness and alignment.
Partner with APJC and regional theatre leadership to formulate, evaluate, and operationalize high-impact growth strategies.
Leverage foundational sales and renewals strategy acumen to analyze recurring revenue dynamics and uncover regional market expansion levers.
Incubate forward-looking "big ideas" by translating high-level strategic concepts into structured pilot frameworks, business cases, and scalable programs.
Collect, format, and analyze operational data using AI-assisted tools to identify trends and anomalies.
Conduct structured root cause analyses and develop predictive models to enhance forecast accuracy.
Deliver insights and recommendations aligned with KPIs, budgets, and strategic targets to guide operational execution.
Lead the design and adaptation of dashboards and reporting tools to meet evolving business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, customer-focused solutions.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency through automation and advanced methodologies.
Build subject matter expertise in Cisco’s architectures and services to inform operational strategy.
Advise leadership on operational risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related experience, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Preferred business and financial certifications such as Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query), Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Visio, and Lucidchart.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly in cross-functional settings.
Experience applying AI-enabled tools to improve operational planning and decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to lead operational initiatives leveraging AI and automation.
Experience advising leadership with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Advanced knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational governance.
Demonstrated growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and coaching peers.
Familiarity with predictive analytics, cost-benefit analysis, and enterprise performance dashboards
