What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is measured by healthcare revenue impact, repeatable vertical selling, and bench uplift. In the first two to four quarters, strong performance looks like:
A small set of targeted, business-outcome healthcare plays are live (security, compliance, operations, care continuity) with named buyers, success metrics, and data paths.
GTM is faster because geo solution engineers and regional sales managers can run plays using use cases, demos, architectures, talk tracks, and POV kits you built - overlay is not required on every call.
Strategic provider, payer, and life sciences opportunities move on outcomes: executive meetings, qualified discovery, and POVs that convert.
