Join Our Team as a Mid-Level .NET Engineer!

Are you ready to take your back-end development skills to the next level? We're on the lookout for a Mid-Level .NET Engineer to join our vibrant and multicultural team, connecting talent from Brazil, Colombia, the UK, and the USA-all while communicating in English!

What You'll Do:

• Design & Build: Create and maintain robust back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
• API Mastery: Evolve and implement SOAP and REST APIs, adhering to best practices and versioning standards.
• Service Reliability: Ensure our services are reliable through thorough unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborative Integration: Work on integrating various systems and services while applying effective software design patterns.
• Mentorship & Code Reviews: Share your knowledge by conducting code reviews and mentoring our junior team members.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance our existing solutions.
• CI/CD Contribution: Be an integral part of our CI/CD workflows, helping us to boost development efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Strong background with .NET Framework and .NET Core in production environments.
• Database Skills: Solid understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server, with hands-on experience in database design and performance tuning.
• API Knowledge: Proficient in working with SOAP and RESTful services, including XML serialization/deserialization.
• Design Patterns: Strong grasp of software design patterns and best practices.
• Communication: Effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Language: Advanced proficiency in English.

Soft Skills That Shine:

• Proactive Mindset: Take ownership of tasks and strive for continuous improvement.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adaptable: Navigate through ambiguity and shifting requirements with ease.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
