Atuar em uma squad especializada na construção, evolução e manutenção de arquiteturas de automação de testes.
Sua missão é acelerar as entregas do produto criando suítes automatizadas robustas, escaláveis e integradas à esteira de CI/CD, garantindo alta cobertura em Web, Mobile e APIs.
O que você vai fazer:
- Desenvolver, arquitetar e manter frameworks e frameworks-base de automação para Web, Mobile e APIs REST.
- Integrar e otimizar a execução de testes automatizados nas esteiras de CI/CD para feedback contínuo.
- Analisar cenários de teste complexos e transformá-los em código limpo, reaproveitável e de fácil manutenção.
- Atuar diretamente com os times de desenvolvimento e com o cliente para alinhar estratégias de automação, mocks e dados de teste.
- Monitorar, analisar e atuar sobre flaky tests (testes instáveis) e falhas nas execuções automatizadas.
O que buscamos:
- Domínio em ao menos uma linguagem de programação utilizada em automação (preferencialmente Javascript).
- Experiência consolidada com frameworks de automação (Playwright e Selenium).
- Prática avançada em testes e automação de APIs REST (ex: RestAssured, Spring Cloud Contract, Cypress, Supertest).
- Conhecimento prático em estratégias de CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) e controle de versão (Git).
- Vivência em metodologias ágeis e capacidade de traduzir requisitos em estratégias de automação eficientes.
- Excelente comunicação para interface técnica direta com o cliente.
- Pensamento analítico e resolução de problemas: Capacidade de antecipar cenários complexos de negócio, casos de borda (edge cases) e comportamentos não óbvios da aplicação para cobri-los na automação.
- Maturidade em Ambientes Ágeis: Adaptabilidade para atuar em entregas dinâmicas, iterativas e com autonomia.
Diferenciais:
- Conhecimento em estratégias de testes de contratos (Spring Cloud Contract ou Pact).
- Uso de containers (Docker) para execução de suítes de teste parametrizadas e isoladas.
- Experiência com testes automatizados de performance/carga (k6, JMeter).
