Sobre o Desafio

Buscamos uma pessoa desenvolvedora Frontend Sênior para liderar a arquitetura de interface e a evolução técnica do canal Mobile PF no ecossistema do cliente. Você será referência técnica na estruturação de aplicações em Angular, garantindo alta performance, consistência de experiência, integração fluida com microsserviços e mentoria técnica para o time.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Liderança em Arquitetura Frontend: Definir e evoluir a arquitetura do Frontend em Angular, estabelecendo padrões de código, componentização, modularidade e reaproveitamento de componentes.

  • Performance & Experiência: Identificar gargalos e otimizar o desempenho de renderização, consumo de APIs e carregamento do canal Mobile, garantindo uma experiência intuitiva e fluida para a pessoa usuária.

  • Integração & Sinergia Técnica: Garantir a integração eficiente das interfaces com APIs RESTful, microsserviços e fluxos orientados a eventos, utilizando conhecimentos em Java como bônus para facilitar o diálogo com o time de Backend.

  • DevOps & Automação CI/CD: Estruturar e padronizar processos de compilação, testes e deploy automatizado do Frontend utilizando GitHub Actions e boas práticas de versionamento.

  • Mentoria & Qualidade: Conduzir code reviews, disseminar boas práticas de desenvolvimento web/mobile, promover testes automatizados de interface e mentorar pessoas desenvolvedoras dos níveis pleno e júnior.

Conhecimentos e Práticas Necessários

  • Desenvolvimento Angular: Domínio consolidado em Angular, TypeScript, RXJS, gestão de estado e boas práticas de arquitetura para grandes aplicações.

  • Conhecimento em Java (Diferencial): Noções e prática com Java para atuação em squads com ecossistema híbrido (Back/Front).

  • DevOps & CI/CD: Prática com automação de deploy e integração contínua (GitHub Actions) e versionamento com Git.

  • Qualidade & Testes: Experiência com automação de testes unitários e de integração no Frontend (Jasmine, Karma, Cypress ou equivalentes).

  • Metodologias Ágeis: Vivência em ritos e rotinas de times ágeis multidisciplinares.
