Your Impact & Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior AI Digital Product Lead, you will be the driving force behind our AI-powered client experiences. You will:
Architect the Future: Own the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will define, develop, and launch innovative products that deliver maximum value and set Citi apart from the competition.
Build Intelligent Solutions: Spearhead the creation of sophisticated AI Agents that streamline complex financial workflows. You'll make these agents discoverable through our AI Hub and accessible via client portals and direct integrations.
Design Industry-Leading Experiences: Leverage the latest technologies to create new, intuitive ways for users to interact with data and complete tasks, setting a new standard for the industry.
Become a Trusted Expert: Stay at the forefront of AI by continuously learning about new use cases, managing risks, and co-creating groundbreaking products directly with our clients.
Lead with Agility: Partner closely with world-class Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer Service teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver on your product strategy using Agile methodologies.
Champion Your Vision: Develop and present compelling business plans to senior leadership, securing investment and aligning cross-functional teams to bring your vision to life.

What You'll Bring:
We are looking for a commercially-driven product owner who understands the language of both business and AI, viewing technology as a critical tool to drive revenue, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
Deep Domain Mastery: 8+ years of deep expertise in a specific financial vertical like transaction banking, payments, or securities services. You understand the language of the business fluently and understand its clients, legacy systems, revenue drivers, and operational pain points inside and out.
Commercial & Strategic Mindset: A track record of owning or directly contributing to a P&L. You build business cases based on ROI, not just technical novelty, and are driven by metrics like market share, client value, and financial outcomes.
Proven AI Product Leadership: 3-5+ years of experience shipping AI/ML-powered products to market. You know how to transform a data science concept into a scalable, industrial-grade AI solution that solves real-world problems like intelligent payment orchestration or predictive receivables.
Client-Centric Innovator: Extensive experience in a client-facing role who co-creates solutions with large enterprise customers. You excel at translating complex business problems into solvable AI challenges and ensuring the final product is adopted and monetized.
Resilience & Adaptability: You thrive under pressure, effortlessly manage deadlines, and can quickly adjust priorities in a dynamic environment.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$176,720.00 - $265,080.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
